The classical ‘contingent upon success’ model is used where the needs of the role are generally considered to be common place and can be procured on a business as usual basis. Whether it be for a permanent appointment or a fixed term engagement, in all circumstances we commit to dedicating all the necessary time and resources to endeavour to reach a successful conclusion within a reasonable agreed time frame.
The four pillars of our process deliverables for our contingent recruitment model:
Fully evaluated
Candidates that are presented to interview will be fully assessed and evaluated against the specified requirements of the position. This will include internal assessment of submitted candidates’ English level.
Quality recommendations
Candidate introductions include full interview commentary & recommendations along with a CV in a clearly presented format.
Suitable experience
Greenfield commit to only providing suitably experienced and qualified candidates for interview. We expect a very high proportion of candidate submissions to result in a client interview.
Effective facilitation
Upon the identification of a preferred candidate, Greenfield will actively participate in compensation negotiations, offer management and consultation throughout the resignation process. In all circumstances we act as an impartial facilitator ensuring clarity and ease for all parties.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING
Greenfield’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution is a form of business outsourcing where our client company transfers all or part of its recruitment processes to Greenfield where we act as their quasi-in-house recruitment and resources consulting team.
Our outsourcing solution in this context could include the following:
Recruitment analysis (gap and team analysis, budgets and future work levels) recommendation and planning of the resourcing strategy
