Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Greenfield's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution is a form of business outsourcing where our client company transfers all or part of its recruitment processes to Greenfield where we act as their in-house recruitment team either in our offices or on-site within the client offices.

Our outsourcing solution in this context could include the following:

  • Recruitment analysis (gap and team analysis, budgets and future work levels) recommendation and planning of the resourcing strategy
  • Department and job specific - full cycle job / person description review and recommendations / creation
  • Analysis and recommendations on the standardisation or the recruitment process and candidate experience
