Support the investment management team with governance aspects of investment/divestment transactions or restructurings, including coordinating Board/shareholder meetings and execution of relevant documentation. Manage relationships with the Board of Directors, including logistics, contracts, and periodic collective assessments. Respond to internal and external governance queries, including those from auditors. Participate in ad-hoc governance projects as required. Your Profile: +/- 10 years’ similar experience in the fund industry, preferably with significant exposure to governance matters. Master’s degree in Legal or Business Administration, or equivalent; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years’ relevant experience. Proven ability to work in a complex, agile, multicultural, and international environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships. Friendly, supportive, and collaborative approach. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Solid knowledge of current governance legislation. Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish, German, or Dutch is an asset.
