Our client, a prestigious and international law firm, is seeking for a dynamic individual ready to take a new challenge in Luxembourg. As a Billing Support Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
The Role
- Efficiently manage the initiation of new matters for our legal professionals
- Take charge of generating, overseeing, and distributing monthly proforma invoices
- Conduct a thorough review of proforma invoices, ensuring reconciliation and precise implementation of client instructions
- Collaborate with lawyers and partners to review draft bills accurately
- Offer insightful analysis for ongoing work progress
- Facilitate the seamless sending of approved bills to our valued clients
- Utilize e-billing platforms for submitting invoices and ensure compliance with client specifications
- Proactively follow up on the invoicing process and promptly address client queries
The Profile
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Fluent in English and French
- Prior successful experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage varied tasks and conflicting priorities effectively
- Strong teamwork and communication skills combined with a commitment to confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with relevant software in billing or invoicing
