Transfer Agent (m/f) - AS001

Our client, a boutique financial services firm located in the heart of the City Centre, specializes in a comprehensive range of investment fund, corporate, and asset management services. To support their continued growth, they are seeking a self-reliant and proactive Transfer Agent to become an integral part of their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commitments, capital calls, transfers, and switches, while monitoring payments and related transactions.
Maintain up-to-date investor data and records within the transfer agency system, including registers, contact information, wire details, and FATCA compliance.
Provide comprehensive client reporting, such as management reports, KPIs, and breach reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholders, delivering high-quality investor services for investment fund clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to investors and clients.
Handle CRS/FATCA annual reporting requirements.
Assist with audit processes as needed.
Your Profile:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a Transfer Agent role in Luxembourg.
Proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
Capable of working independently under the guidance of a Team Manager.
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
